The founder of Cultivate, Tara Antonipillai's experience in professional well-being comes from a career in Big Law, a master's degree in applied psychology, and ongoing research in the field. Tara is a consultant, speaker, and coach who combines her unique set of skills to introduce topics that include the science of well-being, job-satisfaction, communication, stress management, compassionate leadership, mindfulness, resilience, mindset, and engagement & belonging to law firms and other organizations.
Tara received her J.D. and undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and was a tax lawyer in Arnold & Porter’s DC office. She also holds a Masters degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Tara is a certified leadership and performance coach through Brown University. She is also a certified yoga instructor and meditation teacher, as well as a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor.
She and her husband live in Arlington, VA with their four children and their chocolate lab (Judy).

Amy McNamara is a Health & Wellness Professional, passionate about meeting her clients’ goals. She is a certified Holistic Health Coach by The Institute of Integrative Nutrition and teaches meditation and mindfulness, yoga, pilates, and barre classes on a regular basis.
Amy uses her array of experience and qualifications to develop tailored wellness programs for both individuals and groups. Her full suite of services includes fitness training, nutrition and diet counseling, stress management, and helping people to improve life habits. She loves encouraging people of all ages and fitness abilities to have fun and feel strong in their bodies.

Niki L. Irish, LICSW has over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, with a focus on wellbeing and addiction. For over ten years she served as the Senior Counselor for the D.C. Bar Lawyer Assistance Program (LAP), providing lawyers and law students with addiction and mental health assessments, counseling, consultation, and psychoeducation.
Niki currently serves as the Outreach and Education Coordinator for the LAP providing a variety of trainings and educational seminars to law schools, legal employers, voluntary bar associations, and other legal organizations.

Niki has a B.S. in Psychology and Family Studies and an MSW from the University of Maryland School of Social Work, with a concentration in Employee Assistance Programs. She is licensed to practice clinical social work in the District of Columbia.

Lindsay Harrington is an Administrative and Operational support professional, and certified Yoga Instructor. Lindsay leverages over six years of project coordination and operational support for both private and non-profit organizations in the health, wellness and professional services industries by bringing structure and foundational support to business administration and operations. Lindsay’s background and passion for yoga and mediation allows her to bring a unique wellness lens and mindfulness practice to day to day business operations, and create a strong sense of support throughout the administrative process and client journey.
Lindsay lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her two dogs, and enjoys spending time outside in nature.
